Self-Defense Class

This dynamic self-defense class is designed to help you feel safer, stronger, and more in control — both physically and mentally. Learn practical techniques to defend yourself in real-world situations, improve your situational awareness, and build the confidence to assert your boundaries.

Led by a professional instructor in a supportive, inclusive environment, this session is beginner-friendly and focused on empowerment rather than aggression. No prior experience needed — just wear comfortable clothing and bring your energy!
