Mindfulness to Celebrate the End of Exam Season

How is the quality of your self-care during exam season? Still have some exams/finals to get through? We are cheering you on as we wrap up the winter semester. You’re so close!

Come take a break with us and celebrate your successes through mindfulness practice. We have two practices for folks to try out. One is a sitting meditation practice with the focus on  letting go and radical self-acceptance. The other is an expressive dance/movement experience to help you plant new seeds of hope.

Presented by mindfulness teacher Scott Pope and DMT (Dance Movement Therapist) Shaila Khan.

*No dance or mindfulness experience is necessary to attend
