Meals Made Easy is a beginner friendly cooking and wellness session designed to help participants to build confidence in the kitchen using simple ingredients to create a nutritious meal.
With recipes created by a registered nutritionist/dietitian, this interactive workshop will walk you through the essentials of balanced eating; including carbohydrates, protein, healthy fats, and micronutrients, all tailored to the needs of a demanding busy lifestyle. You’ll learn practical strategies for meal prepping, maintaining routine, and staying energized.
