Inclusion Week: REDDI – Do the Work: Dialogue Across Differences
This 90-minute online interactive workshop is open to all faculty, staff and students, and equips participants with practical communication skills for engaging across differences of opinion, experience, and worldview. Through scenarios, discussion, and skill-building activities, participants will learn strategies to stay grounded during moments of conflict, approach disagreements constructively, and build bridges across divides.
