IN-PERSON EXPERIENCE

Hack ITE York is going to be ITE’s first official hackathon ever. Over 36 hours with more than 50 of the top graduate and undergraduate technical talent from Lassonde School of Engineering, they will create, code and collaborate to build their projects and solve the most difficult sustainable mobility challenges.
This is not a coding hackathon! You will be able to work on various aspects without needing to code. Coding is completely optional.
Our leading sponsor is Frank Stronach, the creator of Magna International who will be proving challenges and parts of his new vehicle SARIT for you to work on.
Location: SANDBOX (Bergeron 2nd floor)
Time: Friday (5 to 11 p.m.), Saturday (9 a.m. to 11 p.m.), Sunday (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
Theme: Transportation and Micromobility
Prizes: Cash prizes, as well as giveaways, will be announced later
Team Formation: You can register as a team or make one during team formation happening on Friday
Skills and Experience required: Everyone is welcome no matter what your previous experience or skills are

This event is exclusive to York University students. You will be eligible for a stipend if you have not participated in previous hackathons and have not been enrolled in C4
