Yoga & Mindfulness

With exams coming up, you may be feeling stress, anxiety or a range of other feelings. Join Founders College on April 19 for an hour of yoga and mindfulness practice. Our facilitator, Nicole D’Souza, is an MSW and RSW who teaches with a trauma informed lens. All fitness levels and bodies are welcome!
