Workshop: Nutrition for Plant-Based Diets
Our peer health educators will be discussing the importance of nutrition for those who may be mostly making plant-based or vegan or vegetarian choices. We will look at the important nutrients to focus on and how to get them from plants. Thursday, Feb. 25, 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. Registration required.
