Women’s Self-defense workshop

Presented by Glendon Athletic Club

In this 2-hour introductory Wen-Do Women’s Self Defence workshop, participants will learn simple, effective physical and verbal self-defence skills, develop their ability to recognize and deal with threatening situations, share inspiring real-life stories of resistance, and have a lot of fun in the process. Women of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels, with and without disabilities, cis and trans women, are welcome to attend.
