Today’s Topic: As students, we can be quite critical of ourselves, which can lead to feelings of sadness and frustration. This can impact our academic performance and our relationships. In this session, we’ll learn meaningful ways to be kind to ourselves, and spread kindness to others, through practical, realistic, and fun tips! Learn how to make your own, and beat the summer heat. Let’s get this par-tea started!

What is a Virtual Coffee Break?
Our daily Virtual Coffee Breaks are an online space for international and domestic students from across programs, Faculties, countries, and cultures to connect and get to know each other!
Student Leaders will be on Zoom Monday to Friday with different fun and interesting topics. When you sign up, a confirmation email with the zoom link will be sent to you upon registration. You can stay for as long or as short as you please!
