Understanding Effective Stakeholder Engagement

Offered by CIFAL York, this virtual micro-course provides an in-depth overview of effective stakeholder engagement, led by industry expert Dr. Shaloma Gauthier. It is designed for Master’s students, professionals, and researchers seeking to enhance their skills in building and managing crucial stakeholder relationships. The program equips participants with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate the complexities of stakeholder engagement within various professional contexts.

The curriculum is structured to build a comprehensive understanding, from foundational concepts to practical application. Participants will learn how to identify stakeholders, develop effective communication management plans, and build trust-based relationships. The curriculum also delves into crafting adaptable engagement plans and provides insights into participatory practices within economic development. A practical case study will be used to illustrate these concepts in a real-world setting.

A microcredit certificate will be issued to all participants from UNITAR/CIFAL York.
