York U dietitian, Dahlia, will guide you in making delicious no-bake energy bites featuring maple syrup while sharing expert nutrition tips along the way. You’ll gain hands-on experience, enhance your nutrition knowledge, and immerse yourself in vibrant flavors. You’ll also learn about maple syrup and its cultural significance.
