Taking Effective Breaks

Have you just started classes and you’re already running out of steam? Have you felt lower energy levels and increased brain fog? Is it harder to pay attention to lectures and readings?   

Well, taking breaks can help with re-energizing yourself, but what you do during those breaks can really make a difference. In this workshop you’ll learn about the benefits of passive and active leisure and create your own leisure plan, which will include practical ways to engage in self-care and enhance your energy levels. Learn self-care strategizes that support limited time and budget, especially during exam season.
