Stress Management/Emotional Regulation

Scott Pope from Student Counselling will facilitate the workshop.
This workshop will explore stress and common stress responses and help the participant develop strategies to maximize their managing of stressful situations. We will be using techniques from cognitive behaviour and meditation.
This will be an experiential workshop.
