Solarium X Lunarium
Interdisciplinary Arts Capstone Studio (PANF 4990) is the culminating course for students in the Integrative Arts program. In its inaugural year, the course brings together students from Integrative Arts and across AMPD, including Theatre, Dance & Performance and Cinema & Media Arts.
In collaboration with the Aga Khan Museum in Toronto, students have developed projects inspired by the museum’s art objects and philosophy, with a special focus on the contemporary Light exhibition currently on display.
The final exhibition event will take place in both the Special Projects and Gales Galleries on the York University campus, with one space immersed in darkness, and the other immersed in light. Featured works will span a range of interdisciplinary art practices, including installation, animation, photography, visual art, dance, video, game design, digital media, and performance.
Join us for the closing event, where we’ll celebrate these works with live performances and food! We look forward to seeing you there.
