A Recovery College provides health and well-being courses that strive to support students in living their best life by covering diverse topics that support health, well-being and personal mental health recovery.
Social Savvy – Interpersonal Skills & Relationships
In this 4 week series, we will be focusing on developing self-awareness, communication and empathy to foster collaboration and enhance your ability to succeed in diverse environments. Whether you are looking to boost your confidence in social settings or sharpen your teamwork skills, these sessions will equip you with practical tools for success. This is a 4-week series designed to provide comprehensive insights and skills on interpersonal skills and relationships. While attendance at all four sessions is not mandatory, it is highly encouraged to gain the full benefit of the series. Each session builds on the previous one, ensuring a cohesive learning experience.
