Sexual Health Foundations (Online)

Many of us may have awkward memories of sex-ed classes in high school or our parents trying to sit us down and give us “the talk.” But knowing about sexual health, consent, and safe sex can help keep yourself and others safe, regardless of if you are engaging in sexual activity or not.  

Health Education & Promotion are here to provide you with all the knowledge you may need about safer sex, sexually transmitted diseases, infections or mitigating the risk of pregnancy.  

This workshop is open and welcoming to all levels of knowledge and experience.
