Self-care through Art
In this online workshop, participants will learn art therapy techniques to develop a practice of self-care. Reducing stress through self-care supports both physical and cognitive performance and is crucial for those living a mentally, physically, and emotionally demanding lifestyle. In this workshop you will be introduced to simple art, body and cognitive-based techniques to support your body and mind when faced with stress and overwhelm. No art or writing skills are necessary, just bring your open curiosity and non-judgment. I hope to meet you there.
