Well, taking breaks can help with re-energizing yourself, but what you do during those breaks can really make a difference. In this workshop you’ll learn about the benefits of passive and active leisure and create your own leisure plan, which will include practical ways to engage in self-care and enhance your energy levels. Learn self-care strategizes that support limited time and budget especially during exam season.
