M. Johnny Rungtusanatham, Ph.D., is Canada Research Chair in Supply Chain Management (Tier 1) and Professor of Operations Management & Information Systems at the Schulich School of Business, York University. He is a Fellow inductee of the Decision Sciences Institute and is considered one of the top-50 authors of operations and supply chain management research related to quality management, mass customization, and supply chain disruptions and relationships. His current research focuses on attributes, triggering events, performance consequences, and mitigation of supply disruptions.
