Dr. Ami Rokach, Department of Psychology, Faculty of Health
Many people say that the social isolation they experienced as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic has caused them to feel disconnected, lonely, anxious and lost. Dr. Ami Rokach’s presentation will discuss loneliness, its manifestations, the difference between loneliness and solitude, and how social distancing – a common misnomer can be turned into a period quite different from what is commonly experienced.
