Countermeasures to the supply chain disruptions associated with COVID-19 in the long term

Supply chain disruptions have been observed during the COVID-19 pandemic and as such, many are thinking of solutions in order to get things back on track. Potential countermeasures include establishing a collaborative stock sharing/transshipment platform and making an incentive contract with a potential second source that can produce highly customized products. In this talk, Professor Toyasaki will discuss common crucial factors that stakeholders should keep in mind to implement these countermeasures.
