There’s no question, scholarship and research can be stressful. Academic work takes creative effort, focused concentration, long-term project management, collaboration, receptivity to feedback, and a lot of juggling – and must be fit into the context of busy lives with other commitments. So, what do you do with the inevitable stress? How do you work under pressure? Join FGS Dean Alice MacLachlan and our panel of experienced researchers and professionals as they discuss how to distinguish between productive and discombobulating stress, and strategies for working through it.
