[POSTPONED-DRAFT] Scholarly Skills Webinar: Publishing Your Work

The Faculty of Graduate Studies will be hosting a series entitled Scholarly Skills. Join us for our next workshop!

So, you’ve done your research and you’re ready to share your results with the world… now what? Publishing your work is a crucial part of academic conversation, and an important step for graduate students and junior scholars. But, it can be daunting.

Please join our panel of distinguished writers and mentors as we tackle some of the most common concerns, worries, and questions about academic publishing. From choosing a journal and working with your co-authors to finding your scholarly voice and responding to reviewers, we’ll take you through the process from start to finish. We’ll also talk about predatory journals and how to write for a public audience.
