Recovery College: Skills Development

YorkU’s Recovery College provides health and wellness programming designed to help students live their best lives. These courses – offered in collaboration with Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences – cover a wide range of topics, including personal growth, mental health recovery and overall well-being. What makes them unique is their co-creation and co-facilitation by YorkU students, ensuring the content is grounded in lived experience. This collaborative approach fosters a supportive, relatable, and empowering learning environment.
