Rakugo (Japanese comic storytelling) performance

The Japanese Studies program, in co-operation with Consulate-General of Japan, is hosting a “rakugo” (Japanese comic storytelling) performance at York University as its fall event. The program is pleased to present Sanshotei Charaku, who will be performing rakugo in English. There will also be Hayashiya Imamaru, a paper cutting performer, and Michiko Kagami, a Daikagura performer.
