Pride Care Package Making
SCLD is holding a care-package making event on June 20th. We want to promote self-care, love, and safety among 2SLGBTQ+ students at York and celebrate them this pride month. We will provide all materials necessary including: fidget toys, snacks, period products, mini plushies, etc. This event will also feature a letter/note-writing session to fill the packages with. Attendants are encouraged to make multiple packages for loved ones and for other students at York, which SCLD will hand out while tabling after the event is done. The event will take place on June 20 from 2 to 5 PM. People can drop in at any time and make care packages! The location is to be announced.
