For many folks, the festive month of December brings about increased feelings of comfort and joy.

However, for university students, the month of December can present differently.

  • Rather than viewing festive light, you might find yourself in the library studying under bright florescent lights.
  • Instead of gathering with friends and family, you are solitary trying to complete that last assignment.
  • Rather than having feelings of comfort and joy, you might be feeling increased feelings of stress and anxiety.

Exam season is difficult, but with the right tools and supports you can make it through and have a happy new year.
