Plant-based Nutrition (Online Workshop)

In this workshop we will discuss why some students may choose a plant-based diet. We will also debunk some of the common misconceptions surrounding plant-based diets.

What does a well-rounded plant-based diet look like? How hard is it to meet all of your essential nutrient needs? Does plant-based always mean “healthy”?

Learn to navigate marketing/labeling pitfalls to maximize your student budget, too.

Please note this workshop is for general education only. We do not condone or promote any particular diet or lifestyle. Please consult a physician or registered Dietitian to support your specific needs.

All our online workshops require York University authentication (passport York). Please login into your zoom account prior to clicking the meeting link.
