Physical Well-being Group Classes
Come to Tait McKenzie and experience the many different ways that help show that physical well-being can help with the aspects of spiritual and mental well-being also! We run classes from 7:30 am to 8:30 pm all throughout the week and there is always one class that someone can find that speaks to them in a way that improves your well-being. Whether it is the calm of yoga, the fun of dance, the challenge of martial arts, or the familiarity of lifting weights, our group class schedule has something for everyone. Simply join by having your Fitness membership or get a day pass for the day that you wish to attend a class.
