Party Safer Planning! Drugs & Alcohol – Halloween Edition

Whether you are covid-cautionary and partying solo this year or plan on getting costumed up for a night on the town… our Health Ed Peers want to share with you safety planning where drugs and alcohol might be present.
We will review harm reduction strategies for alcohol and other drugs for partying safer. We will provide practical strategies on mitigating risks around increased vulnerability to overdose/poisoning, physical safety and navigating challenges around physical and sexual consent.
Awkwardness around discussing with friends loved ones around their substance/alcohol use can prevent us from taking life saving actions. Practice with us to have meaningful conversations and ways to create safety plans to support safe and fun environments for everyone,.
