We are delighted to announce that York University will be visiting the Bay Area this month.

Please join York alumni and friends for an evening of networking and conversation hosted by Julie Lafford, Assistant Vice-President, Alumni Engagement. Attendees will have a chance to hear from a keynote speaker about the latest innovations in digital transformation and how the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is used to advance Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI). There will also be three alumni networking facilitators to help expand your personal and professional network. Tickets are $10 and refreshments will be served.

Our keynote speaker Salima Bhimani (MED ’02), Chief Equity and Inclusion Strategist, the Other Bets, Alphabet Inc. (Google), will talk about how AI can be used by companies to advance EDI initiatives for a more inclusive world.
