Navigating the Career Transitions through the Individualized Development Plan (IDP)

This session introduces the Individualized Development Plan (IDP) to graduate students at the end or latter stages of their degree, as they set goals, explore opportunities, and engage with their next steps. More specifically, it will focus on career exploration and planning while navigate the all-but-dissertation (ABD), thesis, or major research paper process, walking through strategies and tips on how to leverage the IDP to prepare for both academic and non-academic careers during this hectic time.
