Navigating Mental Health Resources (Online Workshop)

Transitioning to university is challenging enough. The quality of your health and well-being impacts everything from managing your stress, make time for your loved ones, and still work towards your academic success. Join the Health Education & Promotion team to learn the following:

  1. What is mental health and why it is important to consider your mental wellbeing as a student. 
  1. Discuss the barriers students face when accessing mental health support and destigmatize the topic of mental health.  
  1. Learn about what mental health services and well-being supports are available and accessible to students.   

All our online workshops require York University authentication (passport York). Please login into your zoom account prior to clicking the meeting link.
