Navigating Mental Health Resources

Transitioning to university is challenging enough. The quality of your health and well-being impacts everything from managing your stress, make time for your loved ones, and still work towards your academic success.

Join the Health Education & Promotion team to learn:

  • What is mental health and why it is important to consider your mental wellbeing as a student.
  • Discuss the barriers students face when accessing mental health support and destigmatize the topic of mental health.
  • Learn about what mental health services and well-being supports are available and accessible to students.
