Navigating Mental Health Resources – 101

Thursday, Sept. 16

3:30 to 4:30 p.m.

Transitioning to university is challenging enough. The quality of your health and well-being impacts everything from managing your stress to making time for your loved ones and working towards your academic success. Join the Peer Health Educator Team to learn how to:

  1. destigmatize mental health and learn why that is important for you as a student;
  2. learn about what mental health services and well-being supports are available both on and off-campus; and
  3. learn wellness strategies that explore the interconnections to all forms of health. Optimize your time and energy management.
