Mindful Moves: Belly Dance For All Bodies

Belly dance is an act of celebration designed for all bodies and abilities. In this trauma-informed workshop, participants will be able to increase their movement capacity, by exploring basic belly dance techniques such as shimmies, isolations, undulations, travelling steps and poses.
