Mélissa Romulus Lisanti is a highly accomplished professional with over 18 years of experience leading complex business and digital transformations. As director of strategy and operations in the Digital, Data and Innovation office at PwC, Mélissa is currently leading the GenAI transformation and the enablement of the innovation mandate by amplifying strategy, structure and operations to drive growth in addition to building and enabling highly performing teams. She also facilitates, coaches and mentors the Women in Leadership professional development program at PwC.
