Meditation Focused on Academics & Life Challenges (Drop-In)

Scott Pope, a trained psychotherapist, from Student Counselling, Health and Well-being will provide an array of meditation styles that will help you to de-stress and increase positivity as it relates to your academic challenges and overall life challenges. A few types of meditation styles Pope focuses on are progressive relaxation, visualization,  loving-kindness, focused and body scan. These are drop-in sessions and do not require registration.
