Meditation
Hosted by Athletics & Recreation, this class focuses on relaxing the body and mind through a guided mediation to help you increase your focus. With an introductory focus, this 30 minute class will also have an education component to help you learn in slow steps!
This class runs every Thursday starting from September 12th until December 12th (excluding Reading Week) from 2:30 pm to 3 pm in the Student Counselling, Health and Well-being office located at the Bennett Centre for Student Services room N110
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes early as you will need to go through a check-in process and to help the class start on time.
Registration is required.
To register, you must have a Fitness Membership, and check-in closes 5 minutes after the class has started. Timeslots for future classes will be released seven (7) days in advance. Please book only for when you can attend, to be courteous to your fellow members
If you are unable to participate in a session you registered for, please cancel your registration with the following steps:
- Log into your online account (reconline.yorkulions.ca or App)
- Click on your Profile (Top Right)
- Click on Program
- Select the session you want to cancel
- Click the 3 dots to the right and Cancel
