Join Cameron Mattice (certified strength & conditioning specialist and yoga teacher) in a moving exploration of your body and its inherent resilience. With his guidance, you will playfully discover a ground-based movement practice which requires strength, mobility, and awareness. From start to finish, this session will seamlessly transition from movement towards a brief exploration of a stillness practice. By observing both ends of the spectrum, you’ll learn that all the tools you need to thrive in life are inherent within us.
This session is intended to be accessible to all levels, regardless of past experience and knowledge. No equipment is needed. It’s recommended to wear appropriate attire to move and find a quiet location with enough space to lay on the floor.
