Leading with LA&PS: Conflict Resolution
Conflict can be uncomfortable and can cause tension in a group which may effect the team dynamics and the ability for the group to complete its goals. Conflict and disagreements are inevitable so it’s important to have some strategies to ease the tension and ultimately resolve the conflict. This is especially important for leaders as they will be called upon when conflict arises. In this workshop, we will share some tools that you can use to initiate a challenging conversation to address concerns or challenges. You will also learn some strategies regulate your emotions when you are faced with a conflict, so you are able to have a more productive conversation when attempting to resolve conflict with a peer.
