John Warkentin Room Dedication

Join us for an official dedication of the John Warkentin Room, 138 Health, Nursing & Environmental Studies Building, on Friday, Dec. 1 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. (in person with refreshments). [Note: this aligns with the “coffee portion” of the Geography Graduate Colloquium and will be followed by the colloquium itself, featuring Prof. Rick Bello; you are welcome to join for all portions.]

Professor Emeritus Warkentin is an esteemed Faculty of Environmental & Urban Change colleague, longtime champion of geography at York U, dedicated mentor to undergraduate and graduate students, and staunch supporter of the York University Geography Alumni Network. We look forward to honouring his contributions to our academic community.
