Indigenous protests and the courts

This workshop will provide a brief overview of how the right to protest is protected in Canada, a discussion of some limits on the right to protest and tools used to limit protests (by-laws, statutes, injunctions) and finally, concerns about ways in which Indigenous protests rights are limited/suppressed.
