Webinar Details: In this session, we will discuss what our own personal understanding is of a “meaningful connection”, explore the current research related to the COVID-19 Pandemic and the ways in which it has impacted how we relate to one another, and the small (but important) steps we can take to cultivate and nurture a sense of belonging with our communities and/or supports.

Speaker: Wellness Counselor, Aziza Kajan (She/Her/They/Them)
Bio: Aziza is a Registered Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work. She has experience in the field ranging from research, program development, and education to the provision of psychotherapy services to diverse clientele. Aziza’s clinical philosophy emphasizes the importance of self-determination, social determinants of health, and the impact intersectionality has on our identity.
