Presenter’s Bio:Glen is a personal trainer and certified muscle system specialist that works with clients to improve their muscle and motor function so they can go back to doing what they love. His mission is to educate clients and exercise professionals on how to create better, more sustainable physical health and exercise practices. He is a graduate of York University’s Kinesiology & Health Science program, a certified muscle system specialist, and hold a NSCA-CSCS certification. Session Summary:Exercise, Aging and Joint Health: A New Perspective is looks at how we are currently exercise and train our bodies, how we can improve the quality of our muscles system and exercise performance to lead happier, healthier, and more fun lives. The seminar reviews gaps in the current personal trainer’s education, and what professionals and professionals alike should be thinking about when they are exercising or working with clients.
