Food for Mood
This session will have our in house nutritionist at Athletics & Recreation, Chelsea Spackman, focus on the gut-brain axis. Chelsea will be digging into how feeding on the right foods can have a positive effect on mental health. Additionally, she will be touching on how supplements can support mental health — encompassing longevity, function and memory, as well as supporting states of anxiety, burnout and depression.
