First Canadian Association of Teachers of Korean conference

The First Canadian Association of Teachers of Korean conference will take place on 15-16 March 2019 at York University. The program is available here.
There is no fee to attend but please register here.
The keynote speaker is Joowon Suh (Columbia University, President of AATK) and Byung Seung Lee (Director, Korean Education Centre in Canada) is the plenary speaker.
The Canadian Association of Teachers of Korean is a nonpolitical professional organization, established in 2018 to promote teaching, learning study and research in Korean language, language pedagogy, applied linguistics, and literature in Canada and beyond. We arrange meetings, workshops, or seminars for teacher training and for the exchange of ideas, information, and experience and research results.
This event is sponsored by the Academy of Korean Studies, the Korean Education Centre in Canada as well as the Department of Languages, Literatures and Linguistics, and the York Centre for Asian Research.
