Challenging Organizational Cultures
This workshop will focus on challenges experienced within organizational cultures (athletic, professional, academic, etc.) to consider how an overarching organizational culture can perpetuate systemic disadvantages. Participants will be given an overview of rights and responsibilities within diverse organizational environments, to consider the possibility of positive impact and mechanisms of cultural change within organizations regarding equity, diversity and inclusion.
Attend three workshops and receive a certificate from the Centre for Human Rights, Equity and Inclusion (REI) at York University.
