FES REDI Workshop – Challenging Organizational Cultures

The Faculty of Environmental Studies Equity Committee along with The Centre for Human Rights, Equity and Inclusion presents the FES REDI Workshop Series. This session titled ‘Challenging Organizational Cultures’ will focus on challenges experienced within organizational cultures (athletic, professional, academic, etc.) to consider how an overarching organizational culture can perpetuate systemic disadvantages. Participants will be given an overview of rights and responsibilities within diverse organizational environments, to consider the possibility of positive impact and mechanisms of cultural change within organizations regarding equity, diversity and inclusion.
