Family yoga invites everyone to explore yoga poses and shapes in a fun environment. Everyone is welcome as we play with the basics of the physical yoga practice and learn how we can integrate poses and ideas to add more fun and calm into our daily family life. Yoga can help us feel more connected with our bodies and minds but also bring us closer to the people we love.
